About
Our mission is simple: To make disciples of Jesus Christ by teaching biblical truth and modeling godly character through coaching, athletics, and leadership development.
Mission
Youth across Alabama often face limited access to structured after-school programs, consistent mentorship, and affordable athletic development opportunities. Weather limitations, financial barriers, and a lack of safe facilities can prevent young people from participating in positive, growth-focused activities during their most critical developmental years.
Our Approach
We believe sports are more than competition. They are classrooms for life!
- Our programs integrate athletic skill development, character formation, mentorship and accountability, and biblical principles and leadership training.
- Every practice, camp, and training session is an opportunity to teach perseverance, discipline, teamwork, and faith.

Our Vision for the Future
As participation grows, so does the need for a permanent, year-round facility that allows consistent programming regardless of weather or daylight constraints.
We are currently working toward the development of a covered training facility on owned land in Autauga County. This space will expand access, increase mentorship opportunities, and allow us to serve more youth and families throughout the region.
Our long-term vision is to build a sustainable ministry hub that strengthens families, develops leaders, and positively impacts the next generation for years to come.

Who We Serve
334 Bible and Ball serves youth from pre-K through high school, families across rural and underserved communities, and athletes seeking both skill development and spiritual growth. We are committed to ensuring that financial limitations do not prevent participation.
04
Our Commitment
334 Bible and Ball is committed to:
• Responsible stewardship of resources
• Clear governance and financial accountability
• Safe environments for youth participants
• Measurable impact and continual improvement
We believe transformation happens when faith, discipline, and opportunity come together, and we are honored to serve families throughout our community.
Measuring What Matters
At 334 Bible and Ball, we believe that meaningful impact should be visible — not just in performance on the field, but in character, confidence, and faith development. Our programs are designed to produce measurable growth in youth participants while strengthening families and communities.
To ensure accountability and continual improvement, we monitor both quantitative and qualitative indicators, including:
- Number of youth served annually
- Attendance and program participation rates
- Retention across seasons and camps
- Volunteer and mentorship engagement
- Parent and participant feedback
This data helps us understand what is working, where improvement is needed, and how to steward resources effectively.
Stories Behind the Numbers
Beyond metrics, transformation is seen in the lives of families who share how their children have grown in maturity, prayer life, emotional control, and confidence.
While statistics tell part of the story, the true measure of success is the lasting character and faith development taking root in the next generation.
